How to delete your Talkie AI account, and what happens to your data

Talkie, which its privacy policy says is operated by SUBSUP PTE. LTD., a company with a Singapore address, lets you delete your account in its account settings or from a Delete Account page on its website, and says the deletion is permanent. Here is what Talkie's own pages say about the steps, subscriptions and the data it may keep, as of October 29, 2026.

Updated October 29, 2026. Facts checked against the cited sources on October 29, 2026.

The short answer

As of October 29, 2026, Talkie's privacy policy says you can delete your account in your account settings, and its website has a Delete Account page with a Deactivate Account button. That page says your personal information and conversation records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you pay for Talkie+, cancel it through the app store you bought it in. Talkie's terms say paid subscriptions can be changed or cancelled only through the app marketplace, and we did not find a Talkie page saying that deleting your account cancels a subscription.

Step 1: Cancel Talkie+ or other subscriptions

Talkie's terms (updated April 23, 2025) say subscriptions renew and are billed automatically until cancelled, that you must cancel before each renewal, and that you can modify or cancel a paid subscription only through the app marketplace, such as Apple's App Store or Google Play. Talkie's FAQ site says subscriptions can be managed in the app.

On Apple's U.S. App Store, SUBSUP PTE. LTD. lists an app called Talkie Lab - AI Playground, whose in-app purchases include Talkie+ items and Talkie Gems.

Talkie's terms say fees are non-refundable to the extent the law allows and that partial subscription months are not refunded. Its FAQ says recharges are generally non-refundable except for system errors or duplicate charges. We did not find a Talkie page saying what happens to unused gems when an account is deleted.

Cancelling through Apple or Google

On an iPhone, Apple's support page says to open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, Apple says the subscription is already cancelled.

For Google Play, Google's help page says to open your subscriptions in Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions), choose Manage next to the subscription, then Cancel subscription. Google says uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription, and that you keep access for the time you have already paid for.

Step 2: Delete your Talkie account

Talkie's pages describe two routes. As of October 29, 2026, we did not find a Talkie page that gives the in-app steps menu by menu, or separate steps for iPhone and Android.

  • In the app: Talkie's privacy policy says you can delete your account in your account settings. Its terms say you may delete your account at any time by deactivating it.
  • On the web: Talkie's Delete Account page, linked in the website footer, lists the consequences of deletion and has a Deactivate Account button. Clicking it and confirming ends the account.

What deletion removes

Talkie's Delete Account page says that once you confirm:

  • You can no longer log in to or use products or services linked to the account.
  • Personal information and data tied to the account are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
  • Conversation content and records are erased, and registering again with the same account does not restore them.
  • You give up ownership of Talkies (characters) you created, and the creator is then shown as Null. The page does not say whether those characters stay on the platform.
  • The page does not mention a waiting period, and it says recovery will not be possible.

What Talkie may keep

Talkie's privacy policy (updated December 9, 2025) says it keeps personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and that it keeps a record of purchases, features selected and rewards earned. It does not give specific retention periods after deletion, and it does not mention backups.

Talkie's terms say you keep ownership of content you create, but give Talkie a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to it. The terms do not say whether that license ends when you delete your account. They also say Talkie may preserve content and disclose it if the law requires.

Are your chats used to train AI?

Talkie's privacy policy says chat content is used to let your AI chatbot learn from your interactions to improve your conversations. It says Talkie will never use or disclose the content of your conversations for marketing or advertising.

As of October 29, 2026, we did not find a Talkie page describing a way to opt out of that use. The privacy policy and terms do not say whether chats are used to train the underlying AI models.

Requesting deletion or other privacy rights by email

Talkie's privacy policy lists a right to delete personal information it no longer needs, along with a right to a copy of your data, depending on where you live. It says to make a request using its Contact us section, which gives feedback@subsup.com, and that it may ask for information to confirm your identity. It says you may authorize an agent to make a request. Talkie's Google Play listing, which the developer writes, says users can request that data be deleted.

For website tracking used for ads, the policy says to use the Your Privacy Choices link in the site footer, and that Talkie honors Global Privacy Control signals. The footer also links to an Export Data page, which says you can export a copy of your personal data and lists the file's contents as your email address, username, gender and age. That list does not mention conversations.

Whether a particular privacy law covers you or a given request is a legal question.

Regulator actions

As of October 29, 2026, we found no action by a U.S. or foreign regulator on Talkie's data practices in the official sources we checked. Our guide to whether Talkie AI is safe covers its age rules, content rules and other privacy terms.

Laws and bills on chat data

No U.S. law names Talkie. The People-First Chatbot Act (H.R. 9619) was introduced in the U.S. House on July 9, 2026 and referred to the Energy and Commerce Committee. It would require chatbot providers to delete a user's chat log or personal data on request, bar keeping chat logs for more than five years unless the bill or another law requires it, bar selling chat logs, and require affirmative consent before training on adults' data. It is a bill, not law.

We are not saying Talkie is covered by, or out of compliance with, any of these laws. It may have practices it has not published, and whether a law applies to it is a legal question this guide does not decide.
